The City of Central Falls (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced furniture providers to furnish, deliver, install, coordinate, and warranty all furniture, fixtures, and related items associated with the new El Centro Community Center project.

The El Centro Community Center is a renovated three-story facility consisting of approximately 16,218 square feet and is anticipated to achieve substantial completion on or about September 18, 2026.

The successful proposer shall serve as the City’s single-source furniture provider and shall be responsible for the complete coordination, procurement, delivery, installation, and closeout of all furniture items identified within the RFP documents.

The selected provider shall work collaboratively with the City, the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM), the General Contractor, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure a coordinated, timely, and successful furniture installation.
