The Central Falls Combined Planning and Zoning Board advises the city on planning and zoning matters. It considers applications for zoning relief, including variances submitted under the Unified Development Review, and reviews certain land development and subdivision projects. The Board also prepares and updates the Comprehensive Plan, recommends changes to the Zoning Ordinance, and adopts and enforces the Land Development and Subdivision Regulations.
